If you have an appointment for an examination in our practice, we ask that you bring the following documents:
– signed informed consent
– health insurance card
– allergy pass, if available
– medication card, if available
– relevant medical reports, if available
After each examination, a report can be sent either to your referring physician or directly to you. Do not hesitate to inform us about your preference regarding the delivery of these documents.
The most important thing for optimising the endoscopy procedure is the cleanliness of the gastrointestinal tract. We will inform you about the preparation before every examination and send you an information sheet. If there is any doubt, contact us. If you wish, we can also schedule a separate consultation appointment prior to the examination. If you are unable to attend, please inform us as early as possible.
